We offer short teambuilding experiences for team members to understand the concept of team-work. Achieving great teamwork cannot be done in 3D2N, however, understanding the basic needs for a successful teamwork away from your working environment can certainly help.
We offer outdoor and indoor teambuilding getaways for 2 Days until 4 Days depending on the size of the group which we normally like to do it in less than 150 pax. Having bigger size teambuilding program sometimes could not achieve the objectives. Having a small team and make sure they understand the concept of trust, leadership, effective communications and problem solving skills is way better than having a big zumba-sized class.
We select various tourism destinations in Malaysia for the teambuilding program. So participants can feel relax and open to ideas. Having fun is a must in our teambuilding program!
